Utilities
All the expenses : electricity, hot & cold water, gas, wi-fi and building utilities are included in the price. There are no hidden charges of any kind, no commissions, no extra fees
Reservations
To make a reservation I do require a non-refundable deposit. The amount will depend on the length of your stay. If you are already in Santiago and need the apartment right away we will skip the reservation deposit, of course, and you will just have to pay the corresponding rent money.
- For stays of 1 to 6 weeks the reservation deposit is 50% of the rent price. The remaining 50% will have to be paid at check-in time.
- For stays of 7 to 8 weeks the reservation deposit is 30% of the rent price. The remaining 70% will have to be paid at check-in time.
- For stays of 2 or more months the reservation deposit is 1 month´s rent. Then, at check in time, and every month on the same date, you would have to pay a month's rent.
All tenants need to sign and agreed to the ´Utilities Check list form´ while check –in and check-out time, providing there are no damages to the property.
The payment could be paid via: direct deposits to our personal Banco de Chile account in Chile or through the service of Western Union.
